How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For Guests & Other Inquiries: Contact our Customer Care Team at shopsauvagechicago@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Store credit will be issued if an exchange is not possible and is valid for up to 90 days from the issue date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags or any additional materials received.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for color variations due to lighting, photography, or device screen differences.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are only accepted from the original shipping country.
Items that do not meet our return policy will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
