Returns & Refunds

All items are available for exchange only for store credit. No refunds are permitted.

Items must be returned in original conditions, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and must have a copy of the packing list inside. Please not that we in no way offer refunds or returns for colors/shades of items not being as displayed or expected union arrival. Product colors may vary due to photographic lighting Sources and/ or your monitor/device settings.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. SAUVAGE accepts exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once the exchange is made the customer will receive a new tracking number once the item(s) have been shipped. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.

In order to start the exchange or store credit process the customers can contact the SAUVAGE customer care team via email at shopsauvagechicago@gmail.com. Please state the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a store credit. All store credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date issued to the customer. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the sent address.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to SAUVAGE avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match SAUVAGE's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.
