At SAUVAGE, all items are final sale and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds are permitted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • For Customers with Accounts: Use our Self-Serve Return Portal on our website for a faster and more convenient process.

  • For Guests & Other Inquiries: Contact our Customer Care Team at shopsauvagechicago@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

  • Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • Store credit will be issued if an exchange is not possible and is valid for up to 90 days from the issue date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags or any additional materials received.

  • We do not offer exchanges or store credit for color variations due to lighting, photography, or device screen differences.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are only accepted from the original shipping country.

Items that do not meet our return policy will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
