Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • All orders are made to order and typically take 2 weeks to process and ship from our warehouse.

  • We are unable to cancel or change your order once it is placed.

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation. Please monitor your tracking and ensure someone is available to sign for your package. You can sign up for delivery updates via the tracking link provided. If you are unavailable, the shipping provider will allow you to reschedule your delivery date and time. Please reach out directly to the carrier for redelivery. SAUVAGE is not responsible for any delivery scheduling issues.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks, but please note that due to the current logistics environment, processing and shipping times may extend up to 14 business days.

  • Separate orders or orders with multiple items may require extra processing time and could be shipped separately.

  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, though delays may occur due to the courier.

  • SAUVAGE ships to the address provided by the customer and is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address or a courier misdelivery. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We are unable to cancel or change your order once it is placed.

  • We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries, with rates that cover duties and taxes.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days via UPS or DHL (excluding any customs and duties delays).

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks before being shipped. However, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping, depending on logistics conditions.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or local post office boxes, as UPS and DHL cannot deliver to them.

  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed in the Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase.

  • Separate orders or orders with multiple items may require additional processing time.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept exchanges.
